Program Assistant

Position Summary: To work with the Regional Program and Volunteer Coordinator to implement programs and activities for children, youth and adults with Autism, and their families.  To maintain the Toldo Multi-Purpose Sensory Room activity.  To work towards the goal of Autism Ontario, to create a supportive and inclusive Ontario for Autism, and build meaningful connections in the community through support, education, advocacy and awareness. The Program Assistant provides a superior/professional level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders and the general public.

Title: Program Assistant

Location: Windsor, Ontario. Please note: Autism Ontario West Region supports individuals in Essex, Chatham-Kent, Middlesex, Elgin, Oxford, Huron, Perth counties. Occasional travel throughout the region may be required.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.86 / hour

Communications and Marketing Analytics Specialist

As the Communications and Marketing Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and making recommendations related to Autism Ontario’s marketing strategy and promotional campaigns. You will also lead Autism Ontario’s media and news monitoring, including metrics tracking and reporting, including identifying and assessing opportunities to promote Autism Ontario in the media.

Title: Communications and Marketing Analytics Specialist

Location: The primary location of work for this position is Autism Ontario’s Provincial Office

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Manager of Communications & Resource Development

Reporting to the Director of Training and Education, the Manager of Communications and Resource Development will be responsible for managing the effective communications, advocacy initiatives, knowledge development and translation, and education across the organization and within the framework of Autism Ontario’s mission, vision, values, and strategic plan.

Title: Manager of Communications & Resource Development

Location: The primary location of work for this position is Autism Ontario’s Provincial Office

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

Events & Outreach Specialist – West Region

The Event & Outreach Specialist will work collaboratively with the broader Autism Ontario Team, to plan, coordinate and successfully deliver events and build capacity across the province. These events will support families in relation to autism such as Social Learning Opportunities (SLOs) and workshops for families and professionals. This position will work collaboratively to enhance supports in underserved communities to create opportunities for further involvement with Autism Ontario.  Relationship building within the community and raising awareness of the Autism Ontario Program will also be a key role within this position. 

Title: Events & Outreach Specialist – West Region

Location: West – Brantford, Bruce, Chatham-Kent, Grey, Hamilton-Niagara, Huron, Lambton, London, Norfolk, Oxford, St. Thomas, Stratford, Windsor

Salary: $60,000 - $67,000 per year

Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator - North

The position of Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in the region covering Sudbury, Algoma, Temiskaming, Cochrane, Thunder Bay, Rainy River, Kenora, Sault Ste. Marie, Parry Sound, Nipissing and surrounding areas. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the North region.

Title: Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator

Location: North Region (Sudbury, Algoma, Timiskaming, Cochrane, Thunder Bay, Rainy River, Kenora, Sault Ste. Marie, Parry Sound, Nipissing & surrounding areas)

Salary:  $57,000 – $67,000

Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator - Toronto

The position of Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in Toronto. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the Toronto region.

Title: Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator – Toronto

Location: Toronto

Salary:  $57,000 – $67,000

Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator – Central West

The position of Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in the Central West region covering Wellington, Halton, Peel, Waterloo and Dufferin counties. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the East region.

Location: Central West (Dufferin, Waterloo, Halton, Peel, Wellington counties)

Salary:  $57,000 – $67,000

Regional Fund Development & Volunteer Coordinator – Central East

The position of Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator will be one of two positions in the region covering Haliburton, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Simcoe, York, Durham and Northumberland. The goal of the regional model is to strengthen the capacity of families and caregivers to achieve the mission and vision of Autism Ontario in the Central East region.

Title: Regional Fund and Volunteer Coordinator – Central East

Location: East Region (Haliburton, Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Simcoe, York, Durham or Northumberland)

Salary:  $57,000 – $67,000
